Booked a last minute stay the day of, Susan was nothing but welcoming and kind. Text based communication is very helpful and prompt which made checking in easy. The location is great and is a short walk into the main street of Berry which has many cafes, bakeries and boutique shops. Berry hotel is only a stroll away which has a wide range of food options and wine/cocktails. Many wineries and distilleries which are close by as well as many beautiful beaches/walks. I had a fabulous visit and have already recommended to family and friends. I particular wanted a place with a pool and as the room did not list it as an option, I think this would be worth adding.... I know the photos show the pool but it looked so lovely I thought it was an artist impression and I thought it may not have been available as yet so was thrilled to find it was. Love, love love the pool and the room decor.. well done. I'll be back. Thanks
We had the most wonderful stay in Berry, truly felt like a perfect little escape. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax from the moment you arrive. We were also incredibly lucky with the weather, which made the experience even more special. Everything was seamless, and the attention to detail really shows. Thank you again for such a lovely stay, we’ll definitely be back (and hopefully spot some wombats next time!) Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
A wonderful hotel. The new rooms were stunning. The bathroom was stylish, spacious and very clean. The staff were brilliant. Venue is very close to Berry town centre. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.
