Today I saw Richard Armstrong at the Berkshire Clinic. He was absolutely superb. He was thorough and supportive. At a very difficult time he offered a clear pathway alleviating my anxiety. Richard is clearly incredibly experienced and knowledgable but also provides empathetic care. I am very grateful to Richard and the Berkshire Clinic Team.
Had a really positive and constructive consultation at the Berkshire Clinic today. Dr Armstrong was brilliant and re-assured me that my condition will be sorted out. Lalli took my bloods (6 lots!) and I didn't feel a thing. Outstanding! Excellent service all round and I'm very glad I went.
After 10+ years of feeling dismissed, I finally found a neurologist who actually listened. Dr. Armstrong took the time to hear my full story, asked thoughtful questions, and never made me feel like I was imagining things. For the first time, I left an appointment feeling hopeful instead of frustrated. I’m so grateful to have finally been taken seriously.
I was very happy with the service and care I received at The Berkshire Clinic. From the moment I arrived I was treated warmly with everything explained by lovely staff. The 2 nurses who did my ECG and blood tests were fantastic - special shout out to Anna for her kindness and Lalle for the least painful blood test I've ever had! The consultant, Professor Ruparelia, was attentive, informative and pragmatic - checking I was happy with things at every stage. Highly recommend.
A sudden medical issue saw me needing a fast, uncomplicated and professional approach outside of the endless NHS queues. As this clinic was on my doorstep I decided to book an appointment with one of the professional consultants and I was not disappointed. Professional, empathetic and understanding my issue was discussed and sorted. Whilst not without a financial bite as a self paying patient I can say, without prejudice, that it was worth every penny.
