This guy is a complete scammer. He was super nice and very chatty to begin with…. He invited me to take a look around the car and pointed a bunch of stuff out. He then proceeded to tell me he would charge me $5000 … I asked “for what” and he replied “didn’t you understand what I just showed you?”. I asked him to provide an itemized estimate and he said “oh I don’t do that, there has to be some trust between us, but I can tell you I’ll have this car working great for you”. The Benz Doctor, Raymond was very courteous and professional in dealing with me and my car. I am more than pleased with the service that was provided. He answered all my questions and was very transparent about what was needed. He was not pushy about other services that my car needed. Went to this establishment after my panoramic sunroof was diagnosed by the Autobahn Motors nearby. It needed to be replaced since it couldn’t close. Apparently, Rey was coincidentally free to check out my car and advised me to rethink my financial decisions since I had an older model Benz. It had potential other problems besides the sunroof he and I were already pointing out.
