Going to Ray "The Benz Doctor" was a really smooth and easy experience. It was easy to schedule with him, and upon arrival he inspected the car and told you everything that would be done to it. He didn't push OR up sale anything at all and listed out only the things that needed to be done. Getting the car serviced and back to me was quick and they even threw in a wash. Ray was extremely transparent with pricing and super fair. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their Mercedes serviced.
Classic Mercedes specialists are getting hard to come by, so I'm glad to have found this shop for my S124. Ray is incredibly knowledgeable on these platforms, in addition to newer models, having worked on them at Mercedes in period. He was kind to provide a thorough, complementary inspection for a front suspension issue I'd been having and was honest about what work was actually pressing to address.
Ray is very professional and an incredible subject matter expert! He provided great advice was very transparent about cost upfront and even fixed some little things during the initial assessment. Now knowing Ray I wouldn’t take my Mercedes any place else.
