My honest rate of living here so far would be a 3. These apartments are decent, management team is okay and maintenance men are trying but the area just gives dirty. Trash everywhere, mud everywhere, they lack maintained landscaping and up keep of the property BAD, dog bins are rarely ever re stocked, the trash usually has piles of trash around it because they only have one bin. I can’t wait for my move in day & thank you so much once again for your help• Eddie and Steven are really good maintenance guys . I had a few things that were needed to be adjusted and they were fast , accurate and very helpful .
Its nice enough. Maintenance and management are really the best things about this place. I had to dock stars off the rating because of the parking situation. Good luck trying to park anywhere after 5pm and considering how much it costs to live here it seriously isn’t worth it.

I’ve lived here for 2 years! And I love it! I have never had any problems. Any questions or help I did have, staff and management were great and so helpful! It’s very quiet here and I highly recommend!
