I had a consultation to diagnose a possible melanoma on my ear at this practice. I was scheduled to have it removed within two weeks. The Doctor said that I would receive an Email explaining the procedure, what medications I could take and care required. I was also supposed to receive a quote. Now, with the procedure only a day away, I have received no correspondence whatsoever! After enquiring the receptionist told me there is no information available to me!
