I absolutely love living at the Benjamin! Our grounds are always well maintained. I always feel safe and welcomed here. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help solve any issues I may have, and is very professional. There is a sense of community here. Ms. Carley is THE BEST apartment manager ever! I have the pleasure of working with Carley and her maintenance staff and know firsthand the amount of hard work and care they put into the tenant experience at the Benjamin. We love the Benjamin! Such a beautiful building and the location is fantastic. We walk to all the stores and restaurants in town so you get that city feel, and what a plus to have the train just minutes away! Carley the Building Manager is wonderful and so friendly and responsive. A great place to live!
