Hands down the worst place I’ve ever lived. Management is rude, unresponsive, and never follows through on anything. The front gate was constantly broken, leading to multiple break-ins. My apartment was filthy at move-in—clearly never cleaned. Packages are regularly stolen from doorsteps and the mailroom. They’ll do anything to squeeze money out of tenants especially when moving out as well. Avoid this place if you want safety, cleanliness, or competent management!
Really good place to live. The pool is clean, maintenance is incredibly friendly and understanding. For a luxury apartment the prices are not bad. The only complaint would be the gnats but since I’m new here I think it’s a seasonal thing.
I love living here. The price, customer service, and location are perfect. Communication is on point between tenant and leasing office. If I ever have issues with something in the apartment, their maintenance is always there in a timely manner & very friendly. Very grateful!
This place is a joke, and over priced. Trying to over charge everyone even after they move out. What a joke, don’t ever live here. The worst place and management I’ve ever seen in my life. Absolutely terrible. If I could I would give this place a negative star review. Also things were constantly broken throughout the year, over priced for things that are broken? This is the most I have ever paid to live somewhere and by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have had issues since the day I moved into my unit that have been so poorly handled, the problem worsened significantly over time to the point that its become an outright hazard as well as a violation of health codes. My first night here, I called the front desk because there was clearly an issue with my AC.
