Charlie Bender does not return calls or emails. He does not keep his clients informed. He also does not expedite your case as quickly as possible. We proposed to attempt to reach an agreement prior to proceeding with discovery, however, Mr. Bender advised to proceed with discovery. At this point, it's been over 6 months, and nothing substantial has yet to be done on the case. I would NOT recommend using Charlie Bender as an attorney for your legal needs.
My sister is using Charlie Bender for a divorce proceeding. We have found him to be professional, knowledgeable and experienced in his field. I work for a personal injury firm in Kansas City. Based on my experience working in the legal field, I can say that I am very impressed with the way he is handling my sister's case. I do not make recommendations very often; but, if you are needing an attorney to help you in a divorce proceeding, I would recommend Charlie.
I cannot recommend Charlie enough. He handled everything with poise and efficiency.
Mr.Bender is an amazing custody lawyer, very easy going, informative and throughly explained every step of the divorce/child custody process. I highly recommend using him.
