Somewhat rude when called with questions. Not at all helpful. Even if he did not feel we had any kind of case, he did not have to have such a poor attitude towards us!!!!!
Business response:
Many attorneys try to sugar coat the delivery of bad news to a potential client, leaving them with unrealistic expectations. By contrast, I listen carefully to the person's fact situation and give them a brief assessment of their legal options. Sometimes those options are not what was expected. I am sorry if you interpreted this as rudeness. For me it is telling the truth as succinctly as possible.
