I really enjoy The Bend Class and have found it has helped me in other daily activities like work and Crossfit. Linda is a great instructor who is very good at helping everyone reach their own personal goals! I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to be more fit whether it’s improving flexibility or strength, or just feeling better this is the class for you!
