Hi there, for anyone looking to move to The Bend at Broad, I would exercise caution. My first 2 months were ok, nothing too crazy outside of apartment living with noise, parking, etc. The ladies in the office were nice and maintenance requests were either acknowledged or addressed within 24hrs. However, this past weekend someone broke into my garage, and a few other units next to mine. The leasing office/property is aware of the incident, yet have no plans to further secure these units. I was told I could do so at my own exp... read more

While crime does not have a zip code and can unfortunately make its way into any neighborhood, we do our best to keep it out of our community. Beautiful property, I love the dog park!
It’s nice apartment, my family live here to. the worker jordan and melissa help me, they help me do my payment just today and were good. I like it here.
I love everything about my apartment from the staff to the dog park! Melissa showed me the apartment the first time I visited and Jordan helped me with my move in, they are both so nice! I have only lived here since Covid struck, but I cannot wait to attend some of the resident parties they told me about. Also while we’re on the covid topic- I just want to say I really liked how I was able to tour and move in while social distancing. I really appreciated that since my boyfriend is immune compromised.
This place is great and I wish I still lived there! I only moved out because I relocated to a new city for work. Would 100% recommend
