They were lovely apartments and any maintenance issues were addressed almost immediately. I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and walking paths that my son learned to ride his bike on. I would frequently stop by just to share my testimony with Melissa. She always took time to listen and give encouragement!
Out of all the places I have rented, these apartments were by far some of the most well-maintained with the friendliest staff you will ever encounter! Melissa and Brandi are absolute rockstars and truly don’t get the praise they deserve. I will miss living in this community and I would refer anyone here!
Good Day! My washing machine had a issue and needed a part that had to be ordered. During the time Melisa and Brandy graciously provided another machine until the part came in. Lee did a magnificent job getting my washing machine up and running. We are very appreciative of the whole team. Thank you all!!!
UPDATE2/17/26. They responded with some word salad. The office was informed. They didn’t address the trash talking of other residents in their response. DO NOT RENT HERE! Melissa is the one that is the worse. Cold, rude, and dirty mouth. Beware. Do not rent here. If you come home after 6pm, there are absolutely no parking spaces. None. The people that live above you, if they are loud after 2-3am, management does nothing about it. They have dangerous dogs living no on the property.
