I wasn’t going to leave a review but now I want any future residents to know how horrible it is to live there. My wife and I lived there a little over 4 years and it was ok up until we told them we weren’t signing another lease and gave them almost 4 months notice. Melissa started being extremely rude to us and treated us horribly. Lived here for almost two years & unfortunately the staff will be the reason that ends. Overall the complex is nice for what you pay, however I can go on & on about how rude & unprofessional the Managment team is, & I fully expect some retaliation from them when they see the review. The straw on the camels back was when a tree from the complex fell onto all three of my vehicles & the manager, Brandi, told me she didn’t have time for my issues. If you are going to live in 417/301 this will be your daily, get ready for absurd fees, packet losses and managers who are not responsible for the things that happen around even with your upstairs neighbors
Great clean community and awesome maintenance team!
This was the single floor apartment with a walk in shower that I needed after a car accident incapacitated me, 2 years ago. Brandy and her staff worked with my daughter and with me to make my rehabilitation possible. I enjoyed my time there with the exception of a very icey winter, I felt safe.
