Best apartments I’ve lived in. Also the leasing managers are amazing. They were a lot of help and really nice through my whole stay of being there. I definitely recommend living here if you can.
I’m honestly not one to even leave reviews, but I really don’t play about my mother and I would hate for someone else’s loved one to move here thinking it would be a safe space. I couldn’t wait for my mom to move out of this place!!!! It was a very nice facility to visit. With being only six years old, it had all the modern appliances and amenities. I was genuinely surprised with the pet bathing area. It was a nice feature, and the pool being opened year round is a plus.
Melissa was very rude I called to inquire about soemthings regarding the apartment. Melissa’s tone was very condescending, and not very welcoming at all.
My time at the Bend Arbordale were great. The staff is friendly to meet needs and requests as you submit them through the portal or simply email them. They are highly responsive and get back within normal business expectations. Amenities are great for the price and the upkeep. For those who have a bit of a night life, parking is more difficult in the evening (meaning in relation to your specific building), but there are always spots that might just be a little bit farther on foot.
