Good Day! My washing machine had a issue and needed a part that had to be ordered. During the time Melisa and Brandy graciously provided another machine until the part came in. Lee did a magnificent job getting my washing machine up and running. We are very appreciative of the whole team. Thank you all!!!
UPDATE2/17/26. They responded with some word salad. The office was informed. They didn’t address the trash talking of other residents in their response. DO NOT RENT HERE! Melissa is the one that is the worse. Cold, rude, and dirty mouth. Beware. Do not rent here. If you come home after 6pm, there are absolutely no parking spaces. None. The people that live above you, if they are loud after 2-3am, management does nothing about it. They have dangerous dogs living no on the property. Do not rent here. If you come home after 6pm, there are absolutely no parking spaces. None. The people that live above you, if they are loud after 2-3am, management does nothing about it. They have dangerous dogs living no on the property. A German Shepard currently lives in Apt 120 in building 405, will bark, lunge at you and pin you against the wall including your visitors, while the owner stands there holding the leash barely in control. When we moved here almost 4 years we have gone through a couple changes as far as management but survived. I absolutely love the apartment, it is PERFECT for a Senior couple like us that love the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything i was looking for. The Management lades are wonderful as well as maintenance. The PERFECT place to live very quiet and beautiful grounds and amenities. Kathy and William Horn ♥️ Merry Christmas
