Absolutely outstanding service from the maintenance team at The Bend Abordale! My refrigerator needed to be replaced, and the team took care of everything the very same day. Their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency were truly impressive. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and am incredibly grateful for their dedication to providing exceptional service. Thank you to the entire maintenance team for a job well done! I spent a year at the Bend at Arbordale. Great community! I would live there again, and highly recommend! Tenants need to do a better job at picking up their own dog poop - it’s your dog! The property did the best that they could with that issue. Other than that, I’ll miss the Bend Arbordable! Outstanding property Management Team! Shout out to Melissa and Brandi for always taking care of us.
Best apartments I’ve lived in. Also the leasing managers are amazing. They were a lot of help and really nice through my whole stay of being there. I definitely recommend living here if you can.
