I rented at the Bend for two years. The apartment building was safe, clean, and well maintained. Any maintenance requests were promptly resolved, and the staff were always prompt in the responses and very good at keeping residents informed.
I lived at The Bend Apartments for 4 years and loved my time there. The river view and access is easily the best part. The city of East Moline is now doing construction for more accessibility to The Bend, as well as new businesses being added, makes it feel less isolated and more apart of the community. The building is well secured with locks and security cameras. The property manager and maintenance team are very nice to talk to. Maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner. Love this place.....nica and quiet apartment living!
they make the move in process so easy, and renae has been super helpful with any questions we’ve had! the building is very nice, secure, and the view is amazing. very happy with our home. after renewing our lease a couple times i really can say this place is awesome. we rarely have issues, and if we ever do they are addressed the same day and taken care of quickly! staff is friendly and neighbors are nice.
