I moved in June 5th, Brittney who does the apartment tours, Renee and David and Anesa have been so prompt answering questions, ensuring everything is done in a timely manner. The complex is safe and clean! The maintenance crew is so friendly and helpful even occasionally helping carry things up to my apartment for me when my hands are full. Living at the Bend has been nothing but positive so far!
This has been a fantastic place to live. The management and maintenance are wonderful people and will take care of you and will do everything possible to make this feel like your home. Shout out to Fred and Renae! They're the best.
Visited my friend there today. She has a one bedroom efficiency and absolutely loves it! Personally I think they are absolutely gorgeous! Safe, clean and a great location!
