Cindy was great to work with. She explained her selling strategy and gave us suggestions for repairs and improvements that needed to made, to make the home more marketable. She kept us informed as to showings and potential buyer interest. It only took a few weeks to get several offers. After the first offer fell through, she already had a backup offer ready which we accepted. That offer netted us more than the original offer! I would recommend Cindy to anyone who needs to sell their home FAST!
