I traveled to west palm beach to elope at the courthouse just my fiance and i. we planned everything to a T and although i know nothing goes as planned and we left room for minor disappointments The Ben was the largest disappointment of all. For starters we paid extra for a king room with a city view and our view included a view 10 feet away from an apartment building with no “city” at all. Hotel with the best view
Made a mistake and booked a hotel room when my wife had already booked at another location without me knowing. They refuse to provide me with a refund claiming the rate I booked is non refundable. I only stay in Marriott properties and am a gold elite member, but that will end with this experience.
We stayed here for the 4th of July and loved our stay! The service was top notch and all the staff we encountered were so welcoming. We were surprised how family friendly they were and provided everything we needed for our toddler. There were events for kids too during July 4th weekend! Loved our stay, highly recommend!
The Ben? More like The ‘Not-So-Good’. I was really hoping The Ben would live up to the ‘Autograph Collection’ hype, but nope — it’s more like a bad autograph on a canceled check.
