Stunning hotel.
Valet unprofessional how my car was approached today. The cars have automatic latches why are you pulling on the hatch? If the driver is telling you they're lifting luggage (because we don't trust you weaklings not to ding our cars) then open the door for the guests instead. Just a huge disappointment.
Winter Wonderland Ice Skating
Did not stayed at the hotel. This review is for the winter wonderland. No organization, Horrible customer service. They over sell tickets and once you there, they tell you that they are at max capacity and cannot return your money, you just have to come back another day even if you live an hour away.
