The lies are built into their business model. Last year, waited until 6p for room to be ready. This year, almost exactly a year, guess what; "you've been upgraded but its not ready." Sit around like idiots for 3 hours to get stuffed into the exact room I booked right beside the elevator. Manager Jacob, young guy, new into management throws his team/MIT right under the bus and offers credit after credit. It's the little things that become marks of distinction. The hotel is fabulous (location, rooms (room upgrade), staff and amenities), but one item in particular totally delighted us. As we left the hotel, we noticed that our EV had been fully charged - what a pleasant surprise. Thank you to The Ben and your staff. This unexpected touch put you firmly in the "exceeded expectations" camp.
