We are currently staying at the Ben. So far, our stay has been less than desirable. We arrived on Thursday, early afternoon, and of course, our room was ready, no big deal. So we stored our luggage and went to the bar for a cocktail. We found the bartender a bit rude, very direct, and seemed annoyed with us for asking several questions. Very nice hotel with great service. Restaurant service isn’t the best, but otherwise a great place to stay.
Lost me at the pillows. Placing an apple on a pillow would cause both pieces of cotton to touch there's simply no structure. Two bad nights of sleep. I would have rather stayed at a holiday inn for this reason, as the rooms are cool and fancy but a hotels #1 priority should be details in the sleeping situation everything else is second.
I didn’t enjoy my stay. Dirty shower. The shower has hair and soap stains. The ladies at check in weren’t nice at all. Elevator was broken. It’s very meh. I did enjoy the views from the rooftop restaurant.
