Usually, I don’t write reviews, but this time I felt compelled to share my experience. We’ve been living at the Belvedere Apartments for over a year and a half, and it’s by far the nicest, most well-managed apartment complex I’ve ever encountered. After moving to Reno from NY, KS, and OH for work, I visited numerous apartments, many of which were more expensive. Yet, nothing compared to the luxury and value offered here. Spectacular views. The cooling is not great.
The building is very beautiful. I love the hallways lighting fixtures. My friend has a great apartment.
