We currently live here, we moved in, 2017. Building has cycled through 2 different Management Companies and the BOARD has been continually revising and getting better. The current President with Current Management Company has been systematically repairing and revitalizing ALL aspects of the Building.....Security, Structure, HVAC, Architecture....etc... My friend has lived here for 20+ years and I visit him frequently, so I have had many opportunities to observe this building. The first and second floors include the expansive condo lobby plus multiple retail and office spaces. The rest of the building is condos of various sizes with four penthouses.
