He demonstrated a lack of basic respect and exhibited an attitude that suggested he valued his time far more than ours. His behavior was disrespectful and dismissive. Dr Clunas is our family GP and he is great. Friendly, easy to talk to, happy to explain everything in laymen's terms. Reception is also very nice and helpful.
