Nice clean room, liked the renovated bathroom! Friendly staff on arrival. Faily close to the water, coffee shops & restaurants. Probably going to book in there again on our way home!

The rooms were incredibly spacious, quiet, and peaceful – I loved every moment of my stay. During an emergency situation, I was assisted by a room service staff member named Jody, whose professionalism and genuine care completely turned things around for me. Jody went above and beyond, and it’s thanks to their outstanding service that I’m giving this place a full 5-star rating. The customer service was excellent overall, but Jody’s help truly made the experience unforgettable.

We have stayed here twice now and were both times really happy. The staff at reception was very friendly and ready to help with any issues we had. Since this our first time in Wollongong, they also had lots of great tips and recommendations on places to go.The rooms are spacious, well equipped, clean and had everything we could have wished for in a serviced apartment.
