I stay in Apartment 8103 at Belmont, and this has been a very disappointing experience. I never used the window blinds during my entire lease. When I recently asked the maintenance team to simply check how to operate the blinds because I wasn’t familiar with them, I was surprised to be told that I would have to pay for the blinds instead of receiving assistance. Speaking from my own experience: 1. AC unit completely broke down, emergency maintenance came after 24 hours of waiting, and the parts for reparation were not ordered until one week later. Had to survive 95 degrees with a small portable air conditioner, and the living room is essentially a home sauna. It has been 9 days and we are still waiting for our AC to be fixed. 2. I've lived at this place for a year now. The complex is gated, secure and welcoming. There's plenty of space to walk around even inside the community, filled with nature: pond, birds, trees and cute little animals around it. The apartments are great, receive plenty of sunlight. There's also a nice clubhouse where you can have coffee, play games, study, have party, etc. In short, there are all sorts of useful amenities including gym and pool, responsive leasing office and quick resolution of repair requests.
