the worst apartment near duke!!!!!!!!!! dont make mistake of thinking about this property, the manegment is absolute worst management that is there, the worst.
I was lucky being in Belmont Apartment and by meeting Mohammed from maintenance team here, he was so helpful, did more the needful and gave us the right guidelines of use instructions and services,
Great Maintenance Service I want to give a big thank you to Mohamed from the maintenance team. He is always professional, respectful, and very helpful. Whenever there is an issue, he responds quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. He genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in doing a great job. We really appreciate having someone like Mohamed here. Excellent service all around
