I’ve lived here about two years now and watched the leasing office go through a number of changes. With the recent ownership shift and new leasing team, things have been great. Tish, Lyra, Tasha have been always helpful and cheerful whenever I needed to stop in the leasing office for a question or an issue I was facing. Muhammad, Lvar, Carlos, and Jesus are incredibly rapid and diligent maintenance staff members and I have never had a poor maintenance ticket experience with this team.
I’ve been living at Belmont Apartments for almost a year, and I’ve had a great experience here. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and close to campus. Any issue I’ve had has been addressed very quickly, thanks to the amazing maintenance team. I also want to give a special shoutout to Tish for being so helpful during my transfer to a larger apartment at Belmont. This review is regarding an employee L”var, he is pleasant and does a good job whenever he’s called upon. He replaced my bathroom faucet and I’ve not had a problem since .
Great experience living here in my short stint in Durham. Not too far from school, affordable clean facilities, and any issues that did occur were handled swiftly by the maintenance man L’var. Highly recommend for any college students in the Duke area.
