The place is so nice and peaceful. The facilities are so accessible. And you’ll love it here!
Probably the second worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Numerous issues. Vanessa attempted to address some of them when I was moving out at the end of my lease, but proved to be lying about the fact that people had painted my apartment during my lease term and people were running up the electricity bill to over $50 a day that I had to pay for. This is the worst trash situation I've seen in the 2.5 years I have lived here. You tell me that the compactor is broken and that is why my trash is not picked up and I have to walk it from the 1300 building? Just to place it in a giant pile of trash? I do NOT pay 30 dollars a month for the compactor to work. I pay YOU 30 a month so my trash is picked up every day except Friday and Saturday. I do not care where YOU or WHOEVER ELSE takes my trash. I really like the lake inside the apartment and walk around almost every day. The neighbors are nice and happy to live here.
I am an international student living at Belmont Apartment. The workers are so nice and welcoming. It has great amenities and a beautiful community area for learning and engagement. It also feels very secure and well-organized.
