Absolutely loving my stay at Belmont Apartments! The view of the lake from my apartment is beautiful. Ken has been super helpful and brings such fun energy to every interaction. Maintenance is prompt. All concerns were resolved right away. We even walked into a pool party when we arrived! The team is open to feedback and really easy to work with. Highly recommend!
My roommate and I lived at the Belmont Apartments for a year in a 2x2 apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience living there! The appliances are definitely on the older side, but everything worked just fine. I also loved the amount of space that we had and the apartment felt very cozy. The worst part of my experience at Belmont was moving out. I turned in my keys and signed a piece of paper stating that I'm turning in my keys two days before my lease ended because I was leaving the state and moving elsewhere. The ... read more
Beautiful and well maintained property. Staff is well trained and welcoming. I would not look elsewhere.
A safe and clean community upheld by an incredible management team who are very attentive and professional. Love the gym, lake, and clubhouse here
Great community just please please fix the luxer machine for those poor delivery drivers
