Nice location in the corner of 161 and I-30. We’ve come to deliver alot here lately
Been here going on 4 years like the other reviews these apartments went from GREAT to HORRIBLE! I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to fire Steven but we NEED him back. The apartment are filthy now trash dirty just looks hood & ran down. The gate I have seen work two times for less than a week. Management don’t even bother to get it fix EVER. Lived here for a 12 month lease. Office staff is always nice but seem to have a high turnover rate. Front gate does NOT work. It never has. My friend had her car stolen from the parking lot one night, the complex does not have cameras and had no way to help. When I asked if the gate will ever be fixed they said they're "still waiting on a part". 12 months later. My monthly rent progressively had more fees tacked on as the lease went on. The trash containers are so full that you have to leave the trash on the side, and they still charge $40 a month for “trash,” terrible.
This apartment complex is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. As I was preparing to move out, they added multiple random water fees AFTER my rent was already due—which is completely unacceptable. How do you tack on charges after the bill has already closed? I was originally told over the phone that my balance was $892, but without explanation, it jumped to $1,309 (which was almost a full months rent as I payed 1500 a month) the very next day.
