Despite running the AC constantly, the apartment was often uncomfortably hot. For those with respiratory sensitivities or migraines, be aware that cigarette and marijuana odors are prevalent. Im still waiting on my 150 administrative fee refund from July 20th. Its now October 22 Its now November 4th still no response after several emails. They sent it to an old address after I updated my address with their location and corporate In July and August
