I just want to say that I have had a pleasant experience living here. The maintenance is always good at getting my issues fixed. And Steve in the office is always so very helpful and takes care of my needs. I would recommend living here.
Sinceramente este lugar es de lo peor , fui a aplicar el señor Steven me contó que tenía que pagar lo de la aplicación por lo tanto eran 50$ y aparte 150$ que quitaban de depósito y si no aplicaba los 150$ me los regresaban y luego fui porque me negaron la aplicación y luego sale que los 150$ ya no me los van a regresar para cobrar si cobran al momento pero para regresar el dinero no son responsables con lo que dicen y se hacen los locos ya van dos meses y el dinero nada que me lo regresaron . From beginning to end I had a great experience. Steven Hiller greeted me with a smile and was eager to tell me about Belmont Apartment Homes. Steven is very knowledgeable and his personality was the icing on the cake. He even took the time with my toddler to make him feel included in the process. Whenever I had a question or concern he would make himself available. I feel that I have made the right choice as making Belmont Apartment Homes our home. My fiancé and I just moved into the Belmont apartments and everything from the leasing process, to the move in process has been one of thee best experiences in this process we’ve had. We had a small issue and the same day we made the ticket it was fixed; this was an issue with previous leases but not at the Belmont !
