The Belmont Apartment Homes has a very helpful management. It also located near the interstate 30 and not that far from the downtown area which is convenient.
Update: Management has really gone down hill since I’ve moved in. On multiple occasions, AFTER I addressed my concerns for my safety & the safety of my pets the first time it was done, management has participated in targeted harassment by entering my unit without notice to leave written statements that could have easily been communicated other ways. I had a great experience touring this complex. The apartment was great and nicely updated. The grounds were clean and well maintained.
On January 31, 2026, I attempted to move into a unit at this apartment community after my move-in date had already been delayed by two weeks. Upon arrival, the unit was found to be in an unacceptable and unsanitary condition, raising significant concerns about property management practices, quality control, and resident experience.
