Lived here for a 12 month lease. Office staff is always nice but seem to have a high turnover rate. Front gate does NOT work. It never has. My friend had her car stolen from the parking lot one night, the complex does not have cameras and had no way to help. The trash containers are so full that you have to leave the trash on the side, and they still charge $40 a month for “trash,” terrible.
This apartment complex is the definition of unprofessional and dishonest. As I was preparing to move out, they added multiple random water fees AFTER my rent was already due—which is completely unacceptable. How do you tack on charges after the bill has already closed? I have been at this residence for approximately two years. The experience has been consistent and mostly positive for the most part. The maintenance and staff are phenomenal in their work and effort.
From day one, the leasing office made the move-in process smooth and welcoming. The staff is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely seems to care about the residents. The property is well-maintained and quiet. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. It truly feels like home here.
