I really love my apartment! The community is pretty quiet with no issues. Valet trash is convenient. The leasing office is always nice & helpful, especially Lumey. Moving in was a really quick & easy process. I’ve been here a few months now & have had no issues. My only con is that there is never any visitor parking available because it is so limited. If you are a person that likes to have anyone over, this probably isn’t a good option for you. I’ve had to send my visitors home due to parking.
It’s hard to have guests over, there is very limited visitor parking and residents will use visitor parking spaces to park their extra cars. You would be lucky to find more than 2 available spaces on a weekend night. I wish they would open up more rows of visitor parking. The interior of the unit is nice, I like the apartment itself.

There high price they will keep your money if you do apply here and send you checks that you can’t even cash and just know if you give them any type of money before you move in they don’t refund it they say they will but wouldn’t and they say it’s based off your credit but it’s not they going to want first month rent twice before you move in that 35000 to move in and some more
