Place is really nice. Staff were helpful during check in. We were fine up until we have upstairs neighbors move in and they have no consideration regarding noises. This apartment has quiet hours but staff cannot enforce it except for telling us to call signal security which seems to do nothing. Eventually one of the staff gave us sarcasm and lazy respond about the issue "its gonna happen if we dont live on the top floor" we pay 2k a month and they cannot enforce their own rules.
