I signed up for the monthly subscription deal for the 1st month at .99 cents only to be charged $15.99 and they claimed they would "fix" it but that never happened. I as the customer let it go on for awhile then decided to call in to cancel and was hounded as to why I wanted cancel. I did give my answer and she proceeded to try to sell me a subscription for up to 5 family members to read online. Umm no...I don't even know that many people in this city outside of my work! Reluctant to buy an initial subscription at all but was made uncomfortable by the door salesman so I just caved. Was told by him that I would need to cancel it myself but that I wouldn’t be charged to additional papers that happened to be sent. That was the the case whatsoever and caused me a lot of stress because of it. Will never be subscribing again.
