I was so impressed with my tour of The Belleview. You can feel the positive vibrant energy the minute you walk in the door. Everyone was very friendly and informative regarding all the amenities. I am looking forward to calling The Belleview home. After being here for 5 months my opinion has changed rather dramatically. With two exceptions the management team is less than desirable. The Belleview is a great place to live. Although there has been management turnover, the new management team is doing a great job. You can tell the employees actually want to be there and have the heart for the job. The care staff always makes sure to go above and beyond!
The Belleview is the only place I would suggest to anyone looking for a family member or friend. The staff are great at what they do and are always very nice. As soon as you walk in, not only do you feel immediately welcomed but it is a very beautiful building inside and out. The views of the mountains are also stunning. All of the staff members working at The Belleview are the most compassionate, professional, and dedicated individuals I have ever encountered in this field. Not only are they outgoing and kind, but they are always there for you (both family and resident) when you need them. They had a lot of administrative and staff turnover the two years my mother was there in their memory care unit 2023-2025, and they were always understaffed and undertrained. The staff who did manage to hang in there were very good, but burnout was high. I had to move my mother to a safer facility.
