FIVE STARS - WOULD GIVE MORE IF I COULD. I mistakingly threw away my wallet in a housekeeping cart and within 2 hours the BVI team located it and returned it to me. Dumpster diving for a stranger and guest was unprecedented service. Absolutely above and beyond. I’m eternally grateful - their service helped me get home on time with no issues. Everyone should host their event here.
Absolutely amazing! I cannot speak highly enough of the Inn, staff and overall experience. The cleanliness of the entire property is pristine. We visited with our children (9,3,1) and while it is not geared for children- we never felt out of place or unwelcome. They had a fun time running around the outside areas, swimming, playing bags and bocce ball. The croissants, orange juice and fruit were such a nice touch. I would visit again in a heartbeat!!
