This place is genuinely a scam. They will scam you out of money for the most ludicrous things possible. Natural wear and tear of furniture? $250 fee to each roommate. Gym equipment always broken? Don’t worry you are still having to pay fees for it. The pool is a joke and you have to pay for that as well. The appliances are awful and will constantly break on you.
