This hotel was in the perfect location for visiting Salem, Massachusetts. The service was outstanding, and my son and I really enjoyed our stay. I especially loved the little personal touches in the room, they were so thoughtful and made the space feel extra cozy. We didn’t eat or drink at the hotel, but they offered complimentary coffee and tea, which was a sweet detail. The only downside was the Wi-Fi—it was very spotty. Very friendly, stylishly decorated historic building. Free parking a bonus.
Loooooove this place so much and their staff are salt of the earth good people.
Extremely disappointed with the design of the rooms and the interior of the hotel. It’s a shame that such a beautiful building was cheated. An aesthetic mess, hard to look at and not a comfortable place to stay for the price. Would not return. Staff was the only plus.
