Super hard to get someone on the phone since there's only someone available from 4-9pm. We did book through Hotels.com, add the tab was hidden about how to access the hotel, so be sure to check that out before arriving. The hotel itself should send a welcome email prior to arriving about check in procedure as its a little complicated. Initially asked how often we wanted house keeping, we said every 2 days. so this place wasnt even open when I went after booking a reservation on Expedia. All the doors were locked, no one answered the phone, no refund. Avoid this dump at all costs.
Lovely place, clean, quiet and it felt like we had the place all to ourselves since we only saw one other person while there. If booking through a 3rd party site contact the property directly to be sure they have your contact info as they are closed Mondays and have a self check in process which cause us a little panic when arriving late on a Monday night to locked doors. Nice.place to stay at
We had a great stay at The Bell Inn! The room and bathroom were spacious, everything was so clean and new and it was a quick Uber ride into Salem. It was also so convenient to also have a little restaurant attached. The brisket sandwich is delicious!
