Our experience has been overwhelmingly positive here and we would recommend it to anyone needing speech therapy for a family member. We are thankful that we found our way to Behavioral Effect after our original referral to a different practice didn’t work out. We were disappointed with our experience at Behavioral Effects. My son was dismissed from their ABA therapy program due to absences that we communicated and did our best to manage. Instead of working with us through these challenges or showing understanding of the developmental needs and life circumstances that sometimes affect attendance, it felt more like a business decision than one rooted in care or compassion for my child’s progress.
