I went to the shop on 29 Jul 2020 to discuss ordering hats. I was told they would have something for me to look at within 3 days. A month later I called to check, more false promises. It’s now 16 Nov 2020 and this shop has never contacted me about my hats.
I received wonderful and UNMATCHED customer service and help And would 100% recommend this place to anyone in search. I Will most definitely be returning for any stitch and embroidery needs!!!
