I had quite a disappointing experience here recently. After waiting several weeks to get a GP appointment, I arrived on time but ended up waiting another 15 minutes to be seen. Once I was in the room, I felt like the GP wasn’t really listening to what I was saying. Most of my concerns were quickly dismissed and instead of offering proper medical insight, she simply googled the topic, clicked on the first result, and started reading it out loud to me.
