Bad people! Promised in June 2020 to reimburse unused subscription after my father died of Covid. Told me multiple times that "check was sent". Liars. Made me chase them with dozens of calls and lied each time. Had they been decent people, they would have told me the truth and said we were not getting money back. Why lie? Strong indication of how they run their business. Still no reply as of 12/2/2020. Special shoutout to SHERRY, our main contact, who "mailed that check" and then lied to us for 5 months.
