Tom was VERY helpful! This was the actual first time someone understood my problems and was able to actually help me find the right mattress. He noticed my spine alignment and how my hip sinks into the mattress, and after a few tries we got one! He set up delivery and now I'll be able to experience my new mattress instead of the broken one! I'm so thankful for his help!
