DO NOT USE FOR FOSTER KIDS. Very rude. Our first cleaning went smoothly, dentist was great. When it came time for a cavity to be fixed we were treated horribly. We were scheduled, insurance checked out, then when we arrived we were treated like our foster child was unworthy of there services. Said they would not work on our kiddo without authorization. My daughter's recent visit to Dr. Butler's office was great, a big step up from her previous dentist at Adventure Dental. The facility is nicely decorated for the kids and the staff is professional. What I appreciated most is that the advice that was provided was well thought out and practical, rather than trying to drum up business with needless procedures and treatments.
Dr. Butler is great and so are the staff! My boys love going to the dentist. My 6 year old had a cavity filled last summer and Dr. Butler made sure he was very comfortable. He had a great experience and did not complain once.
Great experience with this children's dentist. �The hygienists are all very well-trained and make the experience a lot less scary for little ones. �Dr. Pamela is very knowledgeable and has a great 'chairside manner' - my child feels very comfortable with her after only two visits and checkups are nowhere near the nightmare I'd expected them to be. �The front desk folks are friendly and outgoing. �We love it here!
My children have been patients of UTS Dentistry for the past 16 years. My daughter cried when she was too old to come here anymore. Everything in the office is geared towards making your child feel welcome and have fun. You will feel like you are stepping into Nemo's world and your child will smile at all the fun things to see. I highly recommend the staff as they are caring and conscientious towards making sure your child will not fear having their teeth cared for.
Both of our children are patients here. The staff is always very friendly, especially Vanessa! They're great with kids and the office is definitely catered to kids. They even have a door for the kids to walk through, that's just their size. A beautiful fish tank and cute decor throughout the entire office! I'd highly reccomend Under The Sea dentistry if you're looking for a happy and fun environment for your child.
It's a wonderful kid's dentist with lots of sea creatures and friendly people. My son (4 years old) is very excited to go to this dentist. Dr. Pamela and Vanessa always remember how he was previous times and make sure he is confortable every time. Very personal care!
Under the Sea Dentistry has such a great atmosphere for kids- from the toys to play with to the fish in the fish tank! Our son is just over a year old and had a great first dentist appt thanks to Vanessa and Dr. Butler. Thank you for making an otherwise "unhappy" appt such an easy and quick visit. We would highly recommend Under the Sea Dentistry to anyone looking for a friendly and comforting dental experience for their kids.
Dr. Butler and her staff are beyond great. I take all three of my children there. One of my children is a 13yr low functioning autistic and they gladly take him in for a cleaning. They allow for a longer time to take care of him. Vanessa is usually the one who does my son's cleaning. She is very patient and calm with him. She has a way to help him get through his hour long visit and allows him to be his curious self but still is able to get the cleaning done.
