Zero stars. It won’t let me give zero stars, but ZERO stars. Go elsewhere. We ordered our “luxury” mattress three weeks ago. It was delivered yesterday soaking wet on the bottom third of the mattress with a disgusting water line across the pillow top. The delivery driver immediately contacted the owner. The owner didn’t call to address the concern. I had to call the following day. The owner was not apologetic. He only stated that they had no idea how this could happen. I can’t even put into words how great this place is. If you value your sleep, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Products are second to none. They carry Vispring, Harrison Spinks, and other UK mattress lines that you can’t find anywhere else in the state. I have purchased a few items here and the pillows I got have been the best pillows I've ever had! I appreciated them helping me try 5-6 different pillows before I found the best one and I didn't feel pressured to buy quickly. I have come back multiple times when I've needed more pillows (since I found my favorite) and was able to get an amazing mattress that has given me the better sleep so I finally feel like I'm getting the rest that I need. We are the proud owners of 3 wonderful mattresses all purchased at the Bedroom in Park City - 1 Harrison Spinks and 2 Visprings. Each one is individually comfortable depending on the preference of your body and body type. I was a real Goldilocks trying to find a new mattress.
