I had an excellent experience buying a bed. Joe was helpful and friendly. I was able to get help with financing, disposing of my previous mattress and delivery of the new one. I am very glad I bought from a local business because all the online options seem very difficult in terms of figuring out if the mattress will feel good, dealing with getting rid of my current mattress, and possibly dealing with returns as well, so if you're in a similar situation I definitely recommend. And, the mattress feels great!
