Great way to start my day, I can get in my workout and beat the rush hour traffic home. I’ve been coming here for years, thanks to Silver Sneakers my visits are free, can’t beat that. Mornings with Don and the early birds are always an enjoyable start to the day.
An amazing, supportive community. I especially recommend the water Aerobics classes, which have a gifted and knowledgeable instructor. If you are a silver sneakers member, there is no extra charge.
I'm 41, dealing with rehabbing a torn meniscus where they found some really bad arthritis. This gym is the ultimate Judge free zone... Looking forward to becoming a new me. Hana did a personal training session with me and was great.
