Most def would not recommend. I had such high hopes and wanted to love this salon so much. Went in for a solid color (black), next day at home there was still so much brown (natural color). I was so confused and sad bc this had never happened to me before anywhere else. All my time & money down the drain. Asked for a refund and it was a no only to be told I’d get a free color service.
