Total MESS of a store organization / display wise... Be prepared to have to ask for 90% of what you're probably walking in for. Now, THAT being said, if you're a self-mix hair chic...you'll be pleased with the pricing but just KNOW what you're needing cuz there's not much "professional guidance" here (at least the two times I've popped in with a particular HOPE...after schoolish). If it's Non-Hair related (ie lashes, nails, etc...) don't bother
My daughter was here from Texas Tech Univ and I wanted her to braid my hair. As I am new to the area, we found Beauty Supply Plus. We walked in, my daughter found exactly what she wanted. We met the owner and she was so helpful and friendly. I am very particular of what I put on my head. The owner and my daughter collaborated to get me what I needed. Good customer!
The customer service is terrible. It’s very unorganized. Products are not neatly displayed. Not all products had price tags on it. The products that had tags on reflect two different prices for the same exact thing. They also don’t give military discount or do refunds even if the products aren’t open. I will never shop there again.
