I had a very disappointing experience at The Beauty Studio Ottawa. I had booked an appointment for 4:00 PM and arrived early at 3:40 PM, only to be told that there was no power and that my service could not be done. While I understand that power outages happen, a simple phone call beforehand would have saved me an unnecessary trip. Just watched a female member of staff escort an elderly lady to her car and make sure she got in safely after her appointment. It’s such a small act of kindness but I felt it was worth sharing.
I’ve had both Leyla and Abdul cut my hair with fantastic results. Family owned business who cares, is efficient, & well priced. Highly recommend!
