I had a very disappointing experience at The Beauty Studio Ottawa. I had booked an appointment for 4:00 PM and arrived early at 3:40 PM, only to be told that there was no power and that my service could not be done. While I understand that power outages happen, a simple phone call beforehand would have saved me an unnecessary trip.
