I normally go to the Beauty Studio all the time, but this one time I had to get a last minute haircut out of town at a different salon. The other salon messed my hair up so when I got back in town, I went to Breanna and Merrill to fix it. They fixed me up within 10 mins and when I went to pay, told me it was on the house - amazing customer service! It’s always a good experience coming to the Beauty Studio and I'll never make the mistake again of trying to go somewhere else!
I went to this salon for a color correction (added color to faded red) and then routine root retouch and color shafts. First appointment went well, loved the color. Second appointment the color turned out way darker than I wanted - looked horrible. I requested a correction that appointment because I was leaving for business trip next morning for 3 weeks. I paid for my service and tip less the correction (balayage). The correction was better than the dark color but not good. I made a follow-up appointment for routine retouch.... read more
