Spent almost $800 dollars and let’s just say this salon does not make the cut. Been to salons all over the US from Beverly Hills California to New York and I have never left as disappointed and ripped off as I felt here. Stylist dip into the bleach your stylist is using then it runs out and they have to make more. I always count on reviews and hope this helps someone make their final decision.
Taylor is 10/10. She takes her time and my hair always comes out amazing.
First of all, I absolutely loved the results! I got exactly what I asked for (even better, honestly), and I couldn’t be happier. Sophi was super nice and attentive from the very beginning, even during the color test and booking process. She made everything so easy and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. During the appointment, she was constantly checking in, explaining every step, and making sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted.
