Very happy with the staff the guy cutting my hair was so polite and everyone there was well mannered. I did wait a while to write a review because I wanted to make sure this was how I really felt about my hair but i’m not happy with my haircut and I will have to have it fixed somewhere else. I was very clear about what I wanted but was given a very different thing. It’s also very uneven. I wouldn’t come here for a haircut again but that being said I believe they specialize in long hair. Recently had switched to this salon. When my regular stylist was out, someone else filled in for her and dyed my roots a completely different color than they were supposed to be. She did try to make it right and bleached in highlights to break it up, but this process caused extreme breakage and basically ruined my hair in many places. She assured me it was healthy enough to handle- she was very wrong- and also left the bleach on for far too much time, exclaiming “omg it’s white!” and leaving it on for even longer.
