Hi, I wanted to share my experience because I’m really disappointed with how my appointment was handled. I DM’d Joelly to book a hair gloss and haircut, and she gave me an appointment for 4/28. On that same day, I received a call saying she didn’t show up and my appointment had to be canceled. I was then rescheduled for Thursday at 11:30. The place is so nice and the lady that did my hair was so sweet and patient. When I asked a question or wasn’t sure with my hair cut, she explained everything to me, and what would be best for my hair! She didn’t let me leave until it was perfect and I had a smile on my face!
This salon impressed me with their attention to detail. I went in for a simple haircut, but the stylist made it look far better than I imagined. They carefully shaped my hair according to my face structure and made everything look balanced. The salon was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was polite and made sure I was relaxed throughout the visit. The final result was fresh, neat, and easy to manage. I also received helpful hair care advice.
