This is my second time here now and I am blown away by the professionalism and friendliness at this salon. After trying out many barber shops and salons in the area, I finally found a place that not only knows how to work with my hair but also makes me feel welcomed every time I come in. I can’t recommend The Beauty Room in East Boston enough!! I had gone somewhere else first and they completely messed up my hair — the color was off and I left so disappointed. I walked into The Beauty Room the same day hoping they could help, and they took me right in without an appointment. I have been going to see Bibiana for the last 6 years. She always does an exceptional job on both my haircut & color and is able to accommodate appointments even last minute at times. I will be a loyal customer for years to come!
The Beauty Room is great! Everyone there is so kind and very professional. The vibes are so relaxing and uplifting the moment you walk in the door. Lina is especially amazing, she has magical hands! I get my hair cut and highlighted with her and I always love my results. She is also clearly very experienced with textured hair, curly, to be exact. What would I do without her!
