One star is too much. First of all the website is deceiving it leads you to believe that the dump is a "spa". Do not be fooled it is a hole in the wall it's old, outdated, dirty, tiny and just plain yuck. Carmen has a nasty attitude and she thinks she knows it all I do not argue with her but I sure dread my 10 minutes every time I go. Horrible customer service... They pretend that they are booked for the entire year... They kept on pushing to go to the memorial facility...
Carmen nickel and dimes you. Hidden fee when arriving for Groupon customers, belittles costumers, is only interested in your business if you buy a cross-sale product. Completely unsatisfactory customer service.
