On Monday, I called to book an appointment for Wednesday for a facial and eyebrow treatment. When I arrived, I discovered that my appointment had been canceled without any notice (the salon was closed). I scheduled this second appointment because I genuinely wanted to give the salon another chance and, if my experience had improved, I was prepared to update my previous review in a positive way. I had a fantastic experience at The Beauty Point. The decor was simple and modern, creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as I arrived, they offered me a coffee, which was a nice touch. What really stood out to me was their attention to hygiene—they sterilize all combs and hair brushes, something you don’t see often in many salons. Arlete is an amazing place to feel heard and understood. She has a fantastic ability to grasp your feelings about your hair. I love talking to her so much that I even dare to call her my therapist, and she makes me feel incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!
