Made an appointment online, received a confirmatory email and text message. Showed up the day and time of my appointment and it was closed. This was very strange given My appointment was also well within the business hours posted on the door. Would have been OK if I had received any cancellation notice however this greatly inconvenienced me as I had planned for this appointment ahead of time and drove from a decent distance away. This was my second time getting a lash lift and tint at The Beauty Methods in Mountain View. I had such a great experience with Nina the first time that I had to go back! The Beauty Methods has the comfiest chairs and blankets for you while you're getting your services done, so don't be surprised if you get some beauty sleep in while you're there! Got lashes done here a week ago and so many have fallen out. They look all clumped together. Hands down the worst set of lashes ive ever had.
Ambiance was nice. Soft music, clean, comfortable chairs. Nina was so nice and took her time. However, i didn't love my lashes after spending almost 3 hours in the chair. The fans placed are big and bulky. I wish the spacing was better and sizes were blended better. I also felt like it's a lot shorter than the picture I we said wr liked for my eye shape. Coming back to update my review after they reached out to me to fix them. VA did a great job fixing and addressing my complaints so updating my 2 star review to a 3.
