I’ve been coming here for a while, always been polite, tipped generously, and supported the business — but after today, I will never return. I called ahead to say I was running 5 minutes late due to traffic and couldn’t find my cat before leaving my House. When I asked to speak with the esthetician doing my wax, I was told she was unavailable and with a client. Luz and her staff are so kind, comforting and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend to anyone to come to their spa. Luz was also an amazing teacher and will lead you down the right path to become an incredible esthetician! 10/10 experience.
My first visit was amazing. Got a facial wax and great info. Definitely will be back.
