I've called several times and no one ever answered so left a voice message to book an appointment. I never heard back. I called back a different day and again no one answered, so I left another message making sure I was very clear on my phone number incase it was missed last time and again I did not get a responce. I emailed their provided messaging system too requesting to book an appointment and no response. I'm not sure how anyone books with them but I can not get ahold of anyone...

I love the Beauty Mark! I used to never get my hair done, and since coming here it has been a game changer. Katie is amazing! I love her communication skills if she's running a few min late she tells me so I can run errands since I just got off work. It is wonderful just sitting in the chair after a long day of work and just chatting away. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Everyone else seems so friendly as well. I would highly recommend coming here for all your hair needs!!!!

Honestly it’s taken me a long time to reconcile how poorly I was treated by a girl named Brittney at this salon(about a year) I came in 7 months pregnant to get extensions, had talked to her on the phone as she is who answered and scheduled myself with her. I went in and we talked, I paid a deposit and came back in two weeks later to have them installed and immediately realized after that the hair was incredibly textured and thick and not meant for my head in anyway.
