I just met Stacey and had a set of lashes done. She did a great job, I'm quite pleased. She was very pleasant and we had a few laughs. Im glad I called her and will go back. Thanx Stacey!
Second time seeing the lovely Nissy at The Beauty Lounge, last visit was about a year ago. Just like the first time the environment and vibe was amazing! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind whether you're booked for an appointment or just curious about the procedures and care they offer. 12/5 stars
Beautiful, clean, and welcoming space. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and take the time to listen to your concerns so that they can form the best treatment plan for you. Hands down the best medspa in ON!
Emma is wonderful she makes u feel so comfortable and explain everything steps to you and how's it feel never to old to feel good doing something for self
I am currently getting treatments done at Beauty Lounge and the experience has been wonderful! It starts with Bailey at the front desk, who is very accommodating with my scheduling and was so sweet and kind with my sister after her treatment. I have had both Nissy and Danielle and they are an amazing team. I felt comfortable and informed the entire time. They are knowledgeable and skilled; the results have been great. I strongly recommend Beauty Lounge if you are considering the services they offer.
