EDIT: Brooklyn got back to my sister and did let her know she messed up on the pricing. I greatly appreciate her coming back and clarifying that misunderstanding greatly! Brooklyn has been my nail tech for years!I will never go anywhere else!I have never walked out unhappy and I know any inspo I show her she can do it!
I am very picky about my nails! And Brooklyn has always done an amazing job and she is so talented! The professionalism and communication needs a bit of work unfortunately. I live over 30 minutes away and showed up for my appointment after texting my inspo pic hours earlier. Right before my appointment I was asked to push it back 30 minutes, so I said that was fine so I shopped around a bit.
