I highly recommend The Beauty Lounge in Lincoln. All the stylists are friendly and do amazing work. I am amazed how nice customers hair look when they are done. The salon is clean and very inviting. They always offer something to drink and check to see if customers are comfortable .
This is Mema, Shirley Sanders, and I want you all to do know that this is our new wonderful find, The Beauty Lounge in downtown Lincoln. As soon as we arrived we were introduced to our new stylists who made us feel comfortable and are now our new found friends. During a consultation, a stylist usually asks lots of questions and prefers pictures. As a former stylist myself, I like to give all the helpful information I can. Apparently this wasnt appreciated by Jasmine who cancelled my appointment 40 minutes prior. I left there shocked and then in tears as I drove home. No explanation was given beyond that she would be too stressed. I would rather have heard she didnt feel equal to the task than the excuse I was given. The sad part is I really liked Jasmine. Diane is amazing! She has been doing my highlights and haircuts for many years. It’s exciting that she has finally opened her own salon, which she has dreamed about since I first met her. She is extremely professional and does an amazing job every time. I even added eyebrow color this time, which turned out beautifully! Thank you for the suggestion, Diane! I feel very fortunate to have such a wonderful stylist. I always look forward to my appointments…such a joy. Thanks!
Warning - prices when booking don’t reflect what you may be charged. The experience with the stylist was five stars! She was incredibly kind, did a wonderful job, and I was hoping to become a regular client of hers because I was so pleased with the experience. Unfortunately the experience with the owner wasn’t the best. When I booked my appointment, the price listed was $35 for a blowout and $45 for a blowout with flat iron. No where on the services page (which was where Google directed me to book and view services) did it... read more
